Nam June Psyche embarked on the first tour June 1st, 2010. The aim of the tour was to travel across the United States, stopping to collaborate with artists and musicians in locations chosen by myself and/or my collaborators. At each location, we (myself and Anthony Hlavaty) gathered inherent sounds from the site with which we used to generate an experimental sound track and perform live for the video camera.
This 16 track album is now available as a free digital download. Videos, photographs are intended exhibition in the gallery setting and a Special Edition box set of a zine and a 90 minute tape for distribution.
Anthony Hlavaty (Coppertone & Cuddle Puddle) collaborated on all tracks composed during the tour.
